I haven't figured out how to use it someone said salt alternative but it has a bit of a nutty flavor but is hard to blend where salt might be used.

This is insanely good when sprinkled as a replacement for cheese on pizza, pasta, baked potatoes, veggies, or anything else. My picky Siamese cat likes it too.

It's gluten! Adding this to my meals for more protein and it taste fantastic! I do 75 gluten and 25 nutritional yeast with equal part water and it makes a fantastic dough the steams or bakes really well. After that I can eat as is or pan/air fry to get it crispy. Solid product and the price per protein is so cheap compared to other products. You do have to eat it with tofu to make it fully complete as gluten is low in Lysine and Arginine

I am not an authority on nutritional yeast. Who is? But what I know is that this has a good, clean, umami taste to it. I've used it daily for years. And, it's an excellent value.
