This workers great! My teens are softball pitchers and their elow hurts alot. This helped so much with mobility and pain relief.

Really secures my elbow. I wear it at night to demobilize my elbow to reduce pain and it works. I am pain free for the first time in months. Very easy to use and fits well.

I have used several elbow braces in my life and this one is the most "powerful" one I have used. It is larger than the others and does a great job of protecting. While it does a great job protecting the elbow, I gave it 4 stars because I found it challenging to lift weights while wearing it.

Fits great.However with both metal pieces in the slots it becomes kinda uncomfortable especially if you have tennis elbow. I can only wear it for long periods of time with 1 metal bar on the inside slot.The bar slot velcro does not connect tight when a bar is in it and can catch and open on clothes or materials. Does not breath as well as stated so I do not use while sleeping.

for me the inside arm brace gets to dig in too much for comfort. its removable but then it loses the support

this has made a positive difference from the oft burning sensation I have under my elbow, to the chronic ache in my elbow and across my forearm to my wrist. depending on placement, I'm still able to slightly bend my arm, but for the most part it keeps it very straight, which has alleviated the burning. I still have the ache, but hope the more I wear it (and not type or do other things that aggravate the nerves), the more improvement I'll see.

I found it a little awkward to put on, but wore it for two weeks after my surgery for a pinched ulna nerve. It worked well.

It fits me (a woman) fine, but it might be too small for muscular men. I use it for golf to keep y left arm straight.
