Comfortable and works well for preventing problematic movement, but relatively disposable due to the velcro. I wear mine 40 hours a week at work with massive amounts of hand/arm movement, and the velcro started to give out around 2.5 months. If you're just wearing it at night or in situations with far less movement, you'll likely get far greater longevity, but this is a worse case scenario for anyone wondering.

Works well for me when you have to be on a computer 7 days a week. I rotate between wearing it and then giving it some air and it has definitely reduced my pain level.

good quality, was a little confusing on how to put on as I bought right and left. once figured, out they work wonders. I wear them while I sleep as per Dr.s orders and hands are much better during the day. have had them about 2 weeks.

This wrist bands really helped with night time tingling and numbness due to carpal tunnel. I am purchasing another wrist bands to wear at work and have one for night. I will also need one for left have. Only symptoms are not as bad with left hand.
