Works great. Balance your water first. I suspect most of the bad experiences are from the thinking that this will just fix everything in one shot. I easily got 6 weeks out of the bromine cartridge. I test weekly and adjust ph/accordingly, not that difficult. I use regular test strips, not the over priced frog ones. Tub is nice and clear and much easier on skin, far less chlorine smell, if at all.

Easy way to keep a hot tub clean and ready to use without spending much time or effort. I do have to watch the bromine cartridge because it tends to release too much when it’s new.
