I love this chair! Very durable. I’ve had it almost a year and it has held up perfectly! It is comfy and supportive but still in general I like to get up and move around, but this is a great chair for working from home or an office.

Bought this chair for my daughter for work and she absolutely loves it. Great for any height and EVERYTHING on this chair is adjustable to get the perfect fit for your body. My daughter is 5ft2 and this is the best office chair she has ever had.

Very impressed with this chair considering it was just under $200. It's adjustable in ways I wasn't expecting and just comfortable to sit in even for long periods. The build quality is very high and looks (and feels) more expensive than it is. Glad I chose this over other options.

Working from home on the computer all day, I was looking for a chair for neck and back issues. I found a treasure! I like the support and adjustability. You can also recline which I use while attending audio meetings. (Please look at the booklet regarding this feature b/c I was pleasantly surprised). I recommend this chair without hesitation.

I've been using the Newtral Office Chair for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed with its overall quality and functionality. The build quality feels solid, with sturdy materials and a well-constructed frame. The adjustable features, including the headrest, seat depth, and lumbar support, gives a great variety to create the perfect combination for your needs. I’ll start with why 4 stars and not 5: for me, the seat got hot quick. I didn’t notice it at first but we got hit with a heatwave with 105 degree weather and it got quite noticeable. It does also cool down quick so standing for a few minutes will get the seat cooled to a normal temp. One of the standout features is the unique adaptive lumbar support. It automatically adjusts to the curvature of your back. The adjustable headrest is also a nice touch, offering extra comfort and neck support. Aesthetically, the chair has a sleek and modern design that complements most office environments. This can easily be the centerpiece of the office. Customer support has been responsive and helpful in sharing tips on how to adjust my seat to fit me best. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase of the Newtral Office Chair. It's a feature-rich and well-made chair that offers excellent value for the price - it can easily complete with more expensive chairs. I highly recommend giving the Newtral a try.

I had a high end office chair that my wife decided to use due to back and neck issues. I wanted something similar ( ergonomic) that would replace that chair. Obviously my original chair is a much more expensive and better built chair than this, it is of course much more expensive. I found this to be a great fit (price and value) The lower back support is excellent, being that it is adjustable and forces you to sit properly. It is made fairly well and has some weight to it. The arms are adjustable up and down and side to side as well as forward and backward. The headrest is helpful to remind you to sit correctly. The seat is firm and soft however super comfortable. I added rollerblade wheels to it and it works great for me. The reclining feature is my only complaint as I feel that it should recline slightly further back. But this is an ergonomic chair not a lounge chair. I had a few issues with the first chair and was sent a new one within days ( the customer service is excellent and no hassle) I also had a recent issue with the lumbar and I was swiftly sent another seat back within 6 days. I have had this close to a year. My experience is 100 positive with this chair and the company. If you have back and neck issues this chair should work well if you use it as it is designed to be used. This chair is a good compromise as it has many features as high end more expensive chairs and is a unique design. I would buy again!

Love this chair - very comfortable and very supportive. I am short and have trouble getting chairs to support my back and yet have my feet touch the ground - this chair fits all those problems! Very simple to put together, took maybe 30 minutes, not long. All parts included and tools needed to put it together - it's fantastic and I'm so glad I ordered it! I must admit - it looks a little "wanky" like "R2D2" with that big orange thing sticking out the back - if I hang my sweater over my chair it looks like I'm sitting in a robot chair - HA! That's okay - it is VERY comfortable and I highly recommend, many adjustments fit all your needs and good quality! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

While I will immediately admit that this is one very great chair with a lot of nice features, it is NOT! good for tall people. I'm 6'1 and there just isn't enough seat from front to back. The seat cushion is not long enough and I constantly feel like I need to sit back farther in the chair, even though I can't do to the lumbar support. Just another inch or so would make all the difference in the world, but because of this, the chair becomes awkwardly uncomfortable, almost immediately. If you're under 5'10" tall, this chair will likely blow you away, but if you're any taller, you'll regret buying it.
