This tape really works on protecting my knees and keeping them secure. I feel little to no pain when they are taped. when properly taped, the tape lasts for four days. I follow the directions on the box and cut the tape to have two pieces on my knee. The first is to position my knee correctly and the second is for support. To me this tape is better than the knee sleeves.

This tape is amazing for helping to recover from sprains and strains, as well as some of the regular aches and pains of aging! I love the pro tape because it stays on for a couple of days, but it doesn’t stick to the extent that it won’t come off my skin like the pro extreme. I always have a few rolls of this around the housethis generations “ace bandage”.

Follow instructions on how to tape area that has pain. Tape adheres to skin and lasts several days. Eased the knee pain I experience when sleeping. Happy with purchase.

My knee is painful to walk on...to sit for a period of time. I use one section horizontally and then one vertically. Helps me to walk on floors and uneven ground.

Bought this three times, two out of three would unstick and fall off every time mid run. This used to be the best athletic tape you could buy, not sure what's gone wrong.

The pink did not stick like the black does. The black will last 2-3 consecutive runs. The pink won’t make it through one run.

KT works fine, but the adhesive on this particular one is VERY difficult to get off. I have to use many adhesive removers to get it off my skin. Have not had this issue in the past.

Amazing, it’s helping me walk much better without sharp pains in my knee. It doesn’t take it totally away, but it’s not as stiff and less painful.

Love the tape. I have an Issue with roll. I have my tape on auto/ subscription. The roll use to come in a plastic hard case , to store. NOT any longer. Now it.rolls everywhere, unravels and is a pain to use/ store. I believe i need to look for a new brand that is user-friendly in a container.

Not the same quality as the regulatlr KT Tape. I highly recommend that this item is purchased directly through the KT website. Tape does not have the same amount of support.
