Our Plastisol-coated trapeze bar is an excellent addition to any swing set. Measuring 20 inches in length and 1 1/16 inches in diameter, this metal bar is dipped in Plastisol, which provides a colorful and non-slip surface that's perfect for children's hands.
You can easily attach this trapeze bar to your swing set using any of our compatible fasteners, including the H140, H145, H150, H160, H165, and H172.
Our trapeze bar is built to last, with a life span of up to 5 years under optimal conditions and 2 years in harsh weather conditions. However, please note that some conditions may require replacement sooner.
With a high tensile strength of 1000 lbs, you can be confident that this trapeze bar will provide a safe and secure swinging experience for your child. This is for children 4 - 12 years old only. Adults should supervise children at all times. Do not allow children to stand on or use unsafely. Trapeze bars are considered exercise equipment and not recommended for public playgrounds. Do not allow it to be used if damaged or wet.

However, we in no way intend for this to be a complete list of requirements. Also these publications are updated frequently with changes therefore, you should read these publications yourself to determine if any part or installation could prove a danger to a child.
To help keep children safe from harm, review installation and maintenance instructions before installing equipment. These are located in the description of every product on our website. Download and print these instructions and keep in a safe place. Our website also has a "Product Testing Information" page. All products are tested for lead, phthalates and tensile strength.
Installation: Our parts are sold as either replacement parts or components of a set, unless you are buying our Metal Frame Set, therefore these parts need to be installed according to the sets installation instructions.
Take two S-hooks or H-shackles and attach one end to each eyebolt of trapeze bar and one end to the last link of chain. Close according to Figure A1.19 for Fastening Devices. Make sure that fasteners are strong enough. We suggest at least 5/16" diameter fasteners. WARNING: Once the S-hooks have been re-opened they will have to be replaced to avoid injuries from coming open and/or breaking. Make sure that if you are using shackles they are also tightened.
Maintenance: At beginning and end of each play season and once a month during play season, check for sharp edges and/or cracks especially around eye bolts. Check for vandalism. Check for rusty or worn chain. Replace parts if necessary. Check to make sure S-hooks and/or H-shackles are closed properly.
Any damage from vandalism, abuse or misuse VOIDS all warranties.

My grandson likes these. My only feedback is that the coating on the chain goes up too high for the height of the swingset that we attached it to, so the coating had to be trimmed.

Great size for kids of different sizes and ages, and good quality. Easy to attach to our ninja line. The handles below the bar are sturdy plastic and not metal (fyi).
