We used this set of 8 Ironwood Gourmet Stainless Steel Charcuterie Utensils in a gathering for appetizer serving, and they worked well. They are a bit thin and lightweight, so you must be a bit careful, but they do their intended job perfectly. We cleaned them by hand as normally, such type of utensils get ruined in the dishwasher.

This is a great set of Stainless Steel Charcuterie Utensils which although did not appear to be very durable at first glance, turned out to be well made, durable amp; the perfect size for our charcuterie board when entertaining our guests.The set includes spoons, forks, knives, and tongs and are all dishwasher safe which makes for easy cleanup!Recommended!

These charcuterie utensils are small and solid, very functional for what it's designed to do (i.e., just don't expect to use it like regular knives and forks and spoons).

Maybe I'm uncouth but I was shocked at how small these utensils were. They look like something you'd find in a kid's play kitchen. The spoons are so small, I don't know what you could pick up with them. The tongs while also quite small, hard to grip and stiff. I couldn't easily squeeze them to pick up anything. The product listing states they could also be used for small ice cubes and the key word is small. You can't even pick up a regular ice cube with them. They were so stiff that they were just hard to use. The forks were reminiscent of the little plastic cocktail forks so they'd be ok if they were disposable. I should have paid attention to the measurements. I wondered why a set of 8 serving utensils was selling for $16, now I know why. Perhaps charcuterie serving utensils are supposed to be this small and the issue is me but I'd rather stick to adult sized serving utensils.
