Purchased for my Culligan HD-950A (big blue 10") whole house filter. Other brand's gaskets I've bought never fit right, always to big. These sit in the gasket seat perfectly with no problems at all. So far tight leak free fit. Will continue to order these!

It was time to change the filters in my Big Blue whole house system. But when I removed the prefilter housing, the o-ring expanded and would not go back in. Without the o-rings, you can't turn the water supply back on. Found this item here with same-day delivery and about four hours later, they arrived. These o-rings fit perfectly and I now have spares on hand for the next go around in six month . . . just in case.

I have a Pentair Big Blue filter housing, and on the third filter change it developed a very slow leak. No amount of tightening or regreasing would solve it, then when I measured the O-ring, I found that it had flattened slightly.I ordered this 3-pack from Captain O-Ring, coated one lightly with silicone plumbers grease, and it has sealed perfectly. Highly recommended, and a great value for three.

I put in a different brand of O-ring about 3 years ago. It slowly leaked and never really sealed even after cranking down on the filter housing. This ring was thinner and I was afraid it wouldn't be thick enough to seal properly. I was wrong. A week later and no leak. I did use some silicone grease/lube on each o-ring.

These fit perfectly with my Pentek Big Blue whole house filter housing (matches due to these being 5.5 inner diameter). used some plumber's silicone grease as well on them. Thank you.

Worked as described. Make sure you order 2 packs. You get 3 per pack but you need 4 as the filters use 2 o-rings each.
