This is a true and honest review. I’m reviewing Bob and Brad‘s Q-2 mini massage gun, and also mentioning their superb customer service department. I think I’ve been using the massage gun for about a year. I use it to help calm my neuropathy pain. It doesn’t stop it completely (although sometimes it does), but it really takes off the biting edge. I can’t use it directly on the neuropathy on my foot, but I use it daily on my legs and rumba and that works great. An amazing effect I didn’t expect is that my ankles don’t swell anymore. The massage gun itself is so solid and such good quality. It lasts and lasts, and so does the battery life. I can often go four or five days without recharging. The massage gun is extremely quiet. I just received a Bob and Brad‘s hand strengthening kit that I ordered. It appears to be the same extra high quality as the massage gun. I’m so grateful to have come in contact with the Bob and Brad company. I can’t say enough good about the high-quality of their products. And their customer support department! It’s supreme! I’ve had a few interactions with them and they are the top of the line. What a pleasure doing business with them! I rate the Bob and Brad company, its products, and its customer service department at 150. They’re way above the norm!

Love this portable Q2 massage gun. It comes with 5 different adapters and a carry case. All neat and compact. I pack it when I travel. The motor is strong and quiet and the percussion on this small instrument it’s powerful and effective. Looking forward to purchasing the new 2025 model. Thanks Brad amp; Bob!

I’ve tried several of these massagers over the years. So many are so big and bulky. This one is small and the travel case is clutch! This one packs a big punch for how small it is. I’m a runner and have plantar fasciitis, calf tightness, neck tightness that causes migraines and lower back pain. I’ve been paying for massages and a chiropractor and I’m certain this is and will continue to help keep my muscles loose and reduce the needs of an expensive massage. There is no need to buy expensive brand name or popular name items. This one is on the lower price considering other prices out ther.

I recently purchased the BOB AND BRAD Q2 Pro Mini Massage Gun, and after using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say it's an impressive little device. One of my favorite features is the inclusion of both heat and cold heads. The heat option is perfect for relaxing tight muscles and improving blood flow, while the cold head helps reduce inflammation and sorenessit's like having a mini physical therapy session wherever you go. Switching between the attachments is quick and straightforward, and the variety of speeds allows you to customize the intensity to your preference. The battery life is quite reasonable for the size, providing enough juice to get through multiple sessions before needing a recharge. It also charges relatively quickly, which is a plus. I appreciate the ergonomic design too; it fits comfortably in the hand and doesn’t cause strain even during longer sessions. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the noise level. Bought this for sciatica nerve pain. It works very well, with different levels of vibration. The heat didn't get very warm so I don't use that but the value is worth it. It runs on a charger and it lasts for a very long time.

The design would make Steve Jobs smile. Beautiful, feeling so good in your hand and well thought out design. Comes in a small zipped up container that is great for traveling and feels like it will last for a long time. I’ve used two of the attachments already and am particularly impressed with the heat vibration head. Good value for the money in my opinion.

So far I love this; easy to hold and use with my arthritic hands and useful variety of attachments. Highly recommend paying extra for this version with the heat/cold attachment -- makes it easy to get the relief in a targeted area on the go.

I love it!

I would buy it again. I had the massager for 6 months, before it stopped working. During that time, it was very nice to have a hand held massager that was not heavy in the hand. I contacted the company for warranty services. They gave me a quick response and explained the simple steps needed to process a replacement unit. They sent me out a replacement unit quickly. I would have rated this massager higher, but the first unit only lasted 6 months. We'll see how long the second one works!

Excellent little machine. Powerful yet handy and not too heavy. Attachments are nice for different muscles. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Excellent device! Found relief on my sciatica right away. Powerful and easy to use. I’m 100 happy with this purchase. I’ve had bigger devices before and my hand, arm would get tired using it on my shoulders and back. No need for a clunky device.. this one is NOT too small. I have a medium size woman’s hand and the length is my entire hand. Good price for this quality.

The massager was great for quite awhile, though it eventually stopped taking a charge. However, I reported the problem to the company (Bob and Brad) and they honored the warranty and replaced it at no cost to me. So, I'm back in business and my back (sciatica) issues are now less bothersome, especially at night when trying to sleep.

It’s very powerful despite its size and it fits so perfectly in your hand that you don’t get tired of using it like other bigger bulky massage guns. And the heat/cold adapter is chefs kiss. It gets hot and cold almost INSTANTLY. Obviously not scorching hot or ice cold but pretty damn warm and pretty chilly, just the right temps for tired achy muscles. I highly recommend!!

I’m a LMT and I have tried a few different brands of massage guns and hands down this is the brand I swear buy. If you are on the fence this is your sign. The battery life is amazing the design is perfect for what I need and they come in different sized guns. Super durable and effective!!
