The fastening bolts do not screw into the panel threads, making the entire fixture unusable. Its not even a close fit, the screw doesnt touch the threads, just slides right end. Huge qc issue there. I don't recommend others take a chance with this product.

Well-made looks great. Relatively easy to use. Install can be challenging for some folks. Word of advice is take your time, read the instructions, Make sure you understand how it functions. I used some CLP lubricant. Do not overly tighten screws.

No need for battery and onlyrequured tool for me was a scrrew driver. My only complain is that the nob is really small and bc the spring is new, it can be difficult for some to open the door. Other than that it is a very good lock.

We search for an outdoor lock with combination for both sizes, due to the specific usage of the gate. Hotel guess for going to the beach without a key. This was an ideal choice.

This lock was a perfect fit for the door leading to our pool. It keeps the little ones from being able to get to the pool area. The lock is sturdy and you can program whatever code you want. It is mechanical so you don't ever need to worry about replacing batteries.

I like the lock but wish I better understood how to fix the direction of turning the knob to open the lock.

Installing this is a 2 person job. There are several parts the need to be held in place during assembly. It look much longer than expected to install.
