These worked nicely for the door I cut into a barrel table I made. They are not super strong for a heavy door but work fine. I'm thinking about installing a second one but it really isn't necessary for my door. If your door is larger consider using two.

Unfortunately the magnet installed by Thor doesn't stop the medicine cabinet from opening. I swapped it out with this one (screwdriver only needed). Worked like a charm and solved my problem. This company should reach out to Thor and sell directly to save customers the headache.

1)Not easy to align the metal disc with the magnet. Suggestion: get a thin double tape to apply on the disc first, place the disc on the installed magnet, close the door, hold onto the disc and open the door, the disc is now on the door and you can drill with confidence2)no instruction where(like how far from the front) to align the magnet side to the cabinet. Since screws holes may reveal if not align right. Without proper alignment, adhesion will further deteriorate.

This latch is everything I hoped for. It's easy to install and works great. I did upgrade the magnet on the cabinet side for a stronger hold.

This latch is very easy to install, and doesn't skew out of position afterwards. The magnet is the perfect strength, and the button moves in and out without sticking or jamming. I highly recommend it!
