Mission: GSD Rescue Indy was founded in 2011 to save German Shepherd Dogs who face euthanasia due to advanced age, illness, hospice care, and some behavioral concerns. The rescue has gradually transitioned to being primarily a sanctuary; caring for the harder-to-adopt shepherds.
Results: GSD Rescue Indy has saved over 700 dogs since 2011.The rescue/sanctuary is an operational kennel with hands-on care.
