Gluten-free has come a long way over the last 24 years, since I first was diagnosed with a wheat allergy. Food used to taste heavy and terrible. I'm thrilled to have options now like these pretzels, which are extremely addictive and totally satisfying.The pretzels are big and thick which is the biggest difference from other GF pretzels out there. They have just the right amount of salt on them and each bite gives you a ton of crunch. While other GF pretzels tend to fall flat on taste (in my opinion) these actually have flavor.Another HUGE difference with these is that there is actually fiber in them. A lot of GF bread based products are missing the fiber, protein or vitamins and minerals that you would get from non GF whole grain products. I'm glad there is at least 3 grams of fiber per serving in these, however with the amount I eat I'm probably getting quite a bit more. Like I said, they are addictive.
