Mama's crust only needs to rise for about 15 minutes. You can also make up ahead of time on disposable pizza pans with all your ingredients and frozen. Pull out when you are hungry for a quick pizza, have pizza parties to go to and you need to bring your own pizza, or just for a quick and easy dinner.
Can be made dairy free by using a dairy free milk of your choice and egg free by using a flax egg or 2 tbsp. of honey.

I especially like to make a focaccia with this mix, it's fantastic. Great texture, so soft. I don't know why it isn't more popular. I searched for the exact name of this product and it didn't come up. They need to fix their algorithm!
