I bought the pack for an exhaust cutoff tool that uses four. I figured that I would have a spare set, plus. I haven't replaced the cutters in the cutoff tool yet, but had a tubing cutter that had a bad wheel. The shaft size was slightly different, but I installed it and it cut fine.
