Exactly as advertised. It's a heating oil filter cartridge kit. It has all u need to do the job! If the filter housing is in rusty and looking rough id spend the extra $ and get that at the same time. Do plan ahead and have trays to catch oil that will spill! In a pinch cat litter and break clean work great!
