Super easy set up. Works exactly as promised!

Bought this so I can control my spa from Home Assistant. It's prioritary but the best way to control the spa if you have an intouch device in it. If you intend to use it with Home Assistant, ensure it's currently supported.

Super easy setup, app does exactly what I wanted. My goal was to coordinate my spot with power production for my solar array. This app is perfect for that purpose. It also makes it very convenient to heat the tub when I'm ready to use it

Easy install, worked right away. Created account using the Gecko in.touch app, that login also worked with the Bullfrog app. They are slightly different so pick your favorite. I bet the problems people have with the app crashing are due to the phoneapp deciding if it wants to use Wi-Fi to connect while at home, or over cellularcloud if not at home. (Or coffee shop Wi-Fi when not at home?). So far I occasionally have to close the app and restart, but still worth it! My favorite part is programming the different modes (Standard, Energy Saver etc.) from the couch, much easier than using the touchscreen on the spa.

if you want to pay $500 for this option then get it from your dealer on purchase.. if you can connect a wire and plug it in yourself... do it for MUCH less. Works perfect.

Install took less than 15 minutes with my Bullfrog R6L 2022 that uses a Gecko y series control panel. The iPhone app works to control temps and settings anywhere with cell service.

This product works great once I was able to finally get it to connect to gecko server. Worked flawlessly on local home WiFi but blue light that indicates connected to server would not turn on. It would only stay solid green meaning it sees the router but that's it. After going into Eero Pro Ring router and turning off advanced security setting it instantly connected to gecko server and now I can use via cellular or any other Wi-Fi to connect up to the hot tub. Great for when it of town or vacation home!

Once we had everything connected, it worked perfectly. We have had no issues with these devices. We use this tp access our hot tub remotely.

This does what it says and it is as easy to setup as you would expect.App is better than expected.Literally don't need to read the instructions. just open the power panel of the tub and plug it in. have the unit face the closest wifi point on the correct side of the heat shield.I'm using it with the hydropool family fun 13 model 13ffp.Be sure to set a schedule for both filter cycle and economy if you have peak rates on your power (for me this is 3pm to 6:30pm).Downside:It should have an option to create an account using the nattive oauth functions with google/apple etc, but these manufacturers don't push the tech as much as you'd want. Don't use a password for this app that you use on other sites/apps because the security of the app is a dice roll.
