WORKS GREAT AND CAME IN VERY QUICKLY

This is a pretty beefy shredder for your typical home office. It's much larger than any other personal shredders that I've owned and also very heavy. Luckily it comes with sturdy roller wheels that are easily attached and that makes it a breeze to move around.Pros: It's quite easy to get up and running. All you need to do it attach the wheels and the power cord and plug it in. It has a large capacity bin and shreds documents into very small pieces. The indicator lights are easy to read and the whole operation is intuitive. It is quite powerful and will shred multiple pages at once.Cons: It's VERY heavy so keep this in mind in case you aren't able to lift heavy items. It is also very loud when it is shredding and I found the speed of the shredding to be a bit slow. Our particular shredder arrived with a broken piece - one of the white plastic fasteners that helps keeps the bin closed was snapped off. I don't know if this is what causes the bin indicator to say that it's open or not, but this does seem to be a bit of an issue as oftentimes it will indicate that the bin is open when it isn't.Overall I'm still very happy with this shredder. It definitely does a great job with the shredding and as long as you have room for it, it's great that it's large enough that you don't need to empty it very often.

This is a nice shredder, but at nearly $400 price price point, it should easily shred credit cards, CD's, and paper clips. All of those items can not be shredded in this machine.It's a “good” shedder, but not a great one because of the high price point.Comes with casters and a large bin.

I was backlogged on old bill summaries and other misc. papers so this was just what I needed. It can shred down even thick grade paper and the fake credit card offers. Highly recommend this!
