My son is just under 54 and weighs about 120 lbs and this fit him fine The robe is loose so that if he gets taller or gains weight it would still fit him or a person in a similar size range but it is unlikely it would comfortably fit his dad who is over 6 and more in the 250 lb range The hood fits snug around the face but not uncomfortably) presumably so only your mask shows and not the sides of your face this product is just the robe no mask)
