First time ordering from this company or this type of cinnamon. Yes there were broken pieces but I think that is to be expected as it's just more fragile. Packaging could've been a little better and might've helped. Cinnamon taste fantastic I put it in my tea no bitter taste I would order again.

Cinnamon sticks appear fresh very aromatic; the whole kitchen had a great aroma.
