Gave 4 stars because it needs modified to really hold gi stainless steel canteens well.But i managed to fit the full canteen set,Lid i had to buy extra also.The modification is simple,Just cut a good circle in top the pouch lid.Holds purification tablets and lighters on side pockets.

Totally average canteen cover with flap and Y-style strap coverage on the top and MOLLE attachment. Material is slightly thinner than USGI types but good enough for basically any other usage.

I'm giving 4 stars because I'm not sure how it'll hold up over time, but so far it's working fairly well.The material seems a bit flimsy, but the straps and buckles are solid, and it's survived 2 weekends of running, diving, rolling, etc in battle drills without coming apart, detaching from the harness, or ejecting the canteen.Will revisit this review in future depending on how long it lasts.

Fits a nesting cup just fine. I've got one of those titanium cup/pan combo with a lid and it's not too tight. I cut a triangular hole for the canteen lid but I knew that from another review. The strap is long enough it just doesn't look right. Side pouches are big enough for both iodine tab bottles to one pouch. I'd buy another

I love how I can fit not only my full setup inluding stove with my kit... But I can also fit some water filtration tabs and small filter, along with some hex pellets to heat it up with.
