The remote control connected immediately with my mom’s new non-smart TV. She is thrilled and so am I because she can’t push any wrong buttons. We taped up the panel just in case she decided to be adventurous. Love that she has a mute button she can use when I call. Great design!

My mother has late Alzheimer’s and was struggling with her tv and using 2 remotes, most of the time we would find her sitting in silence which set off a whole list of other complications. Since we bought this and programmed her favorite 7 channels she’s been watching tv, talking better, happier, etc. she’s in an assisted living so she’s active there with activities but morning and night her tv is on again and her brain is engaged with something. Thank you to whoever invented this item, truly changes lives of our elderly.

We have been looking for a remote like this for a long time. The product is well thought out and does exactly what it says it will. I watched the videos associated with the Flipper online and they were exactly what we experienced. Unfortunately my Mother-in-law is 94 years old and after getting the Flipper for her we found out she is past the point of even being able to operate 3 buttons. She has dementia. If someone in your care shows any signs of having difficulty with everyday activities, get them a Flipper now. Don’t wait. It works.

This remote is a lifesaver. I take care of my mom who has dementia and could no longer manage the Spectrum senior remote, plus she kept turning off the tv and when she did turn it in it went directly to the smart tv menu. Dexter in customer service helped me program it so when that happens with the flipper it turns on the cable box automatically. He also helped me program in the flipper all the channels that she gets so no “ Do you want to update screen appears. His knowledge and professionalism was 5 Stars he is the best!!! Thank you for hiring someone that is patience, understanding and communications technology so anyone can understand it, without going crazy.

Big flipper works as described. Works on Sony tv with Dish hopper. I would give this part 5 stars. The 2 star is because I purchased new product and received used product. It was opened and has sharpie markings on the bottom. It says 23 S Looper.

We bought this for my 104 yr old Mom. She is nearly blind amp; Mostly deaf. She can only deal with two buttons- on/off. And channel up/down. It’s Perfect!

The remote is simple and perfect for your loved one. The programming buttons are hidden so that they cannot change the settings. The company answers the phone and helps with the set up the TV if you need so. Perfect for elderly and dementia people. Would recommend to buy.

This is a game changer for our family. My dad had 2 remotes and got into a lot of issues with this. Set up for the tv was easy, the cable box was harder because it is Falcon and I did not have a code. I called the customer service and they called me back. Helped me get it set up and now we have one easy remote that controls the tv and box. I taped off the bottom and showed him how to use it. He was so happy. Thank you for a great product!!

I did like the simplicity idea behind this remote. The position of the channel button and volume button s are a bit awkward. I was in hopes it would be helpful for my mom who has dementia. Unfortunately it was difficult for her use. It might have been helpful if the on off button was marked. I did notice a bit of delay when pushing buttons to change channel there is a bit of lag. Good concept. Just didn't work well for our needs
