We have a large head I wear a 7 7/8” fitted cap and it's always a roll of the dice wether or not a flex fit like this will fit. It's a little snug but wearable. The hat is clean and well made. The decal on the brim did leave a little adhesive behind after removal. It has a noticeable oval on the brim of the hat we're the decal was located. Not a deal breaker for me but could be for some others. Like I said I have purchased a lot of flex for hats and have never had 2 fit the same. They break in pretty good after a while it's just the initial fit is always a little tight for me.

I love this hat, it is perfect for applying a logo or design using HTV, the material is great and the elastic on is super durable. I ordered this for a customers custom matching Tee and Hat for Father's Day, and it was so easy to work with. I definitely recommend this hat to anyone.
