I completely replaced my own ac system - all o-rings - dryer - compressor - Only thing i did not replace i used this to flush out - hoses - condenser - evaporator. A year later no leaks and 37 degrees out of vents last i checked. Thank God for youtube or I would be taking this to the mechanic 5 times a year. Ive done this with two different vehicles and im just a backyard mechanic so if you are a smart guy and purchase the right tools, it can be done yourself. Just be good to the environment and get the system empty b4 you begin. That being said doing nothing to fix and adding 10 cans a year would be worse than purging! Long as you actually get it fixed. Not that i recommend doing that just saying if you have a leak fix it and fix it correctly and really to do that on an older car you just need to replace everything and start over or you will be chasing leaks for the life of the car. We are a virus on this planet and the earth will be here long after we are all dead the corona virus is just another way nature is trying to correct itself - stop reproducing humans!!!! LOL Good luck to you all.
