I didn't realize until after I bought this item that it has a CRITICAL flaw: the threading is too short. The adapters that come with it dont work. Depending on the design of your head, its extremely difficult to start to thread it in. After many tries and trying really hard to get the angle right, and seeing the thread get beat up from unsuccessfully catching the thread, I gave up.<br /><br />Also the fittings on the gauge, hose, and extension are not a common standard I have seen, so if you wanted to use the hose to say hook it up to an I or M style fitting to pressurize the cylinders for spring/rocker work it wont work.

Great way to test the health of your vehicle. Multiple adapters for different applications.Helpful literature to read for further diagnosis on your vehicle, very nice to have.

No storage bag / box, so I was careful upon removal as others said. Save the packaging as your storage piece! This gauge reads about 10-15psi lower than actual. Knowing this, it's a great "Buyer's gauge" when going to buy something off craigslist, but it's not accurate. Good pieces in the kit, except for the rubber stopper. The back end blows out, and doesn't seal worth a dam.

honestly haven't used it yet. appears to be a nice quality set. Only thought on this item at this time is, I wish it had a carry case to keep it in.
