This is the only cocoa powder I will buy. It's smooth as silk. Doesn't clump up like some of the others. do.

used for the first time yesterday and was surprised how dark it turned out as the powder is so light but had a wonderful flavor to it in the cake I made just made cookies hope they have the same flavor
