I do this one minute per hand. It’s a quick effective exercise for wrist amp; fingers. It’s hypnotic once you get the gyroscope going right. You can reverse direction and pass to the other hand without stopping. Solid piece of equipment.

Purchased for my daughter who uses pole. She says it’s very effective at strengthening hands and wrists. Good value.

First, there is a design flaw that allowed the string to get entangled. Second, and most importantly, the product doesn't any force/pressure. You may as well hold an apple in your hand. And it stops spinning in about 5 seconds.

For what it is, I guess it works. But as far as building strength? I don't think so.

It comes with a great package and durability. Although it is really hard to use at first, once you get the idea, it goes fine. Recommended for wrist and hand strengthening.

Stopped working after 1 week. Friction overrides momentum.

I think it works. My grip is certainly better. However, it can feel aggressive leading to pain in my elbow. I am not sure if I am using it wrong, but following instructions and videos. Maybe if the weight was a little less, it would be better for me.

You are able to make the ball spin using the pull string but I suspect it would be much easier to begin the exercise in what must be the newer model that allows you to set the ball with a spring and not a string.

I was a little skeptical but after using a few days my wrists are sore and stiff so I know it's working. It's sort of like yo-yoing or something where you don't realize the workout you are getting until it's too late! I will be time boxing my usage for now.

After a few seconds you feel the muscles in your hand, wrist and forearm working. Pleasantly surprised at the workout

The spinner is a great way to strengthen the wrist and forearm. It does take a little while to get a feel for using the product, but once you get a feel for it, it is very easy to use. It is the same as learning to ride a bike. It is convenient to use as you can leave it in a drawer in your TV room and use it while you watch TV. This was an excellent purchase!
