Have used for baking bread for over a year. Best loaf pans I have ever used.

It was just what I wanted as the vendor I bought the cake pan from did not have lids available. Such fast delivery, it was amazing!

will have to use cooking spray because food sticks to this sheet

These are such great cookie sheets, but I have been trying for over an hour with no success to scrape the glue that is on the pan (to hold the label on) and it still won’t come off. I have tried everything and nothing has worked so far. Total BS. I want to bake!!!

My wife absolutely loves this pan, after decades of using glass pans. Highly recommend.

Sturdy jelly roll pan did a great job with the pumpkin rolls.

Bought 2 of these based on reviews. Whatever glue they used to attach the labels ruined both pans!<br />It won’t come off. Very disappointed

I have always liked Doughmakers aluminum pans. I avoid the other kind that rust after a while. I read not to put aluminum pans in the dishwasher, but the Doughmakers clean easily.

I love this cookie sheet! It's large, and can fit a lot! The textured finish really does seem to work better in terms of browning, and to keep cookies from sticking. Clean up was a breeze. Little to no scrubbing was required. It cleaned up very easily! I would love to get several of these, especially the closer we come to Christmas cookie baking season!

The only pan that bakes well.

This is just what I needed. My cookies cook evenly when using this cookie sheet. I'll probably get this brand in a smaller size too.

Got these to replace some very old pans that needed replacing! These are great. Love the smaller size so you don't have to mess with a big pan every time. They are easy to clean and bake very evenly.

This cookie sheet seems to be amazing. I like the high lip on one end and the straight edge on the other, making holding the sheet in one hand and sliding the cookies off on the other, easy. The material is interesting and appears the cookies won't stick. The size is great and you can easily fit 16 cookies on them, placed 2&#34; apart. Sadly, I didn't think to measure my oven beforehand and my oven is too small for this large cookie sheet. I even tried putting the cookie sheet in sideways, but the oven isn't deep enough for that either. I quite literally had the cookie dough on the sheet, oven heated, and went to put them in the oven and got stuck. But despite my mini-ovens, I can tell this is a high quality cookie sheet. I'm hanging on to it for one day when I'm sure to have a larger oven!

This is one big cookie sheet. You'll definitely want to double check your oven measurements before ordering this sheet. So far my cookies have turned out beautifully and I appreciate the fact this sheet essentially double the amount of cookies I can bake in one go. Not sure why they attached the front sheet with a glue-like substance, it was very difficult to remove without damaging the sheet. Overall though, I really like this cookie sheet and would consider purchasing a second one in the future.

This is a strange cookie sheet. It's worked well for some things, not so much for others. The biggest drawback for me is that you can't use cooking spray; the directions say that you should use something like Crisco, something I rarely have on hand, much less would use. The surface of the sheet has a pebbled texture that's supposed to help keep a lot of things from sticking; I was able to bake things like dinner rolls and sugar cookies and they were without using shortening. My oatmeal raisin cookies made a mess though. While the cooking was even and the big size of the sheet made getting through the batch a snap, the mess wasn't worth it. Adding shortening to the sheet has the potential to change the way the cookies cook.<br /><br />The sheet is very large, as I said. It just about covers the span of my oven rack which is great for doing batches of cookies. If I can just find a workaround for that shortening issue it would be a much better and more convenient sheet for me. It's much lighter than my AirBake sheets and I like the size.

This is one huge cookie sheet. You need to check the dimensions of your oven before you buy this. We received ours as a sample, and although it seems well made and well designed, it has the issue of being too large to fit into our oven. Please make sure you measure your oven before buy-ing this because it is too big for our oven.

This is a nice cookie sheet. I got the &#34;Great Grand Cookie Sheet&#34; which is wider than my old cookie sheets. (You may see reviews for several pans on the same page.)<br /><br />I don't know why the listing has a Prop. 65 notice for California residents.This is made in China, like so many things... a bit sad.<br /><br />The textured finish is naturally resistant to sticking. Don't use a non-stick spray on this. Wash it by hand for best appearance.
