Made of premium heavy gauge, recyclable aluminum with strengthened handle areas, the pan features our original pebble pattern, which allows for airflow under baked goods for more even browning and quick release! This non-coated bakeware's unique, natural non-stick properties means consistent, reliable and healthy results every time. The embossed pattern is also useful when greasing and flouring: it will help hold a bit of shortening that might otherwise be wiped off. To keep bakeware looking its best, hand wash promptly in hot soapy water and dry before storing (Avoid detergents with a chlorine base). Put an end to baking with problematic coatings. These are the best pans ever. I tried the small cookie sheet first and just keep adding to my collection. They are somewhat pricey but it doesn???t seem that minor scratches effect the non stick ability.

Love the product, hate the packaging! The glue that is used to tack down the label is so hard to get off. Love the size of the pans, I have 6 now and use all the time. Bakes great!

These huge pans fit beautifully in my oversized oven. Doughmakers pans are terrific for even baking and easy cleanup! I hope they bring back more of the old line of doughmakers products:)
