I was gifted one of these in the late 1990s, and have always loved its performance. I just bought another to save time when baking a big batch. When I used a spare (different type of) cookie sheet to get the job done faster, the cookies ALWAYS turn out better on this one, even compared with a pricier one with "air" layer technology. On this cookie sheet, cookies never stick, and they're always crispy on the edges and chewy inside. As you can see, I still have my beloved old (discolored but 100 still good as new) one, and now I have a new shiny one! There's a reason they haven't changed the design in 30 years - it's perfect! I just baked choc chip cookies with the old and the new, and they both work equally well (these clearly age better than I do!). I wish I'd purchased a second one years ago.

These are my all time favorite baking sheets. In fact, I have 3 of them. I make a lot of pizza, and these are perfect since they are large and flat. I am able to roll out my pizza dough very thin just the way we like it since these have no sides. Great pan!

This is my second Doughmakers cookie sheetI bought the first in the 1990s and it's still going strong. I wanted two so I could alternate pans for efficiency. This cookie sheet is virtually nonstick without any baking spray (nothing is 100 nonstick), is the perfect size for a home oven, and doesn't warp. It's easy to clean and has one raised edge for easier handling with oven mitts. I highly recommend this cookie sheet.

I am now making my third order. These are expensive, but they are truly worth it. They bake evenly, and clean easily. I gave one to someone who bakes professionally and she swears by them.

We have 4 of these and use them for everything. Of course they're good for cookies, lined with parchment paper, but we carry and store food on them, like chicken going out to the grill. The only issue I have is that they're next to impossible to clean once something cooks on during baking. That's why only 4 stars.

My mother had a set of these for years and I loved baking cookies on it. They got lost in the shuffle after she passed. It took me forever to figure out the name but this is it. Works just like I remember. I wouldn't say it's scratch resistant but I just wash it with a sponge. Tougher spots do require a scrubber and will leave faint spots that aren't shiny. But I'm very happy with them

I like this sheet to bake cookies. It does a great job of not over cooking/browning the bottom and allowing an even cook. I do hand wash it to keep it from turning gray and losing its shiny stick free finish. The previous one I had was washed in the dishwasher and did not last as long. This one has been used for 6 months and works like new.

I knew the ladies who invented these pans and was gifted a set from them about 25 years ago, before they sold it to the current owner. The pans have lasted and have had no loss of quality in that time. I recently purchased additional ones of different sizes and they too appear to have the same solid high quality as the originals. I will likely never use another brand of flat pan/sheets again, as these last forever. No need for cooking spray (plus I hate that sticky residue it leaves after being baked on). Totally worth it!

Cookie sheet Does NOT require PAM spray nor shortening on the surface. Cookies slide off easily once baked and cooled. Cookies are evenly baked thoroughly Long-time chefs agree on this design is BEST

Im not sure who in the world thought it was a great idea first off to attach the description paper to the top of the sheet pans and secondly what brilliant mind thought using the glue dots in every corner of the description sheet was a good idea. Then to use glue that is so stuck on you have to use a knife or blowtorch to get it off. Come on people why cant you use the sticky glue that pulls off really easy and looks like snot burgers. Its not rocket science. The 2 smaller sheets I was able to get off with my fingers and an edge of a knife, but the big sheets I tried my fingers, a knife, a lighter and some goo gone. Which the goo gone helped it a little but I dont know that it was good on the finish so not sure if cookies will stick now.As far as the sheets themselves they seem very nice Ive been trying to find a super thin sheet like we used growing up and this is pretty close. The small size does fit in a toaster oven and the larger sheets seem to be standard size for cookie sheets. Now just have to try cooking with them to see how they do.

I put these babies theough the ultimate test last weekend and they passed with flying colors. After I baked six dozen chocolate chip cookies for my daughter's lemonade stand with these- as someone who bakes frequently- I'm tossing out all my other cookie sheets. My cookies came out perfect. They didn't stick at all and slid right off the sheet onto my cooling racks. I hand washed with a sponge, hand dried with a towel, and stored them flat to prevent warping later. I saw several complaints about the glue- I'm guessing the seller listened and changed it because I had no issues with the adhesive whatsoever, I just picked it off with my fingers and that was it.
