Simple to assemble, just 4 legs to screw on. Packaged well but had 2 tears in upholstery on bottom corners. Would have contacted seller but once the bench was in place really couldn't see them. Hopefully they won't become an issue down the road! Looks great otherwise and perfect height for putting on shoes!

I like the padded stool but it was larger than I thought it would be.It also has this loose liner I don't care for and it hag a little bit of a smell on the inside.Overall it is a good stool.I like the fact I can store blankets in it.I am happy with it.Also you don't have to assemble it.

The size and fabric of this ottoman is exactly what we had imagined, however the mechanical pieces to open and close the top are not aligned and will not close properly. The screws seem to have been screwed in improperly and although we tried to fix it, we ultimately just took the screws out and the top is just free. Ideally, we will probably drill new holes in and really fix it ourselves, but I am not pleased with the quality and will not purchase from this company again.

Great looking piece of furniture, but the lid ripped right off the hinge. They hinges are barely attached to the flimsy piece of foam and cardboard.

I bought the Satin Cream color and it's neutral. I bought this to replace a cloth one I had in our big laundry room. We have 3 cats and 1 likes to lay on the bench. Well, a couple weeks ago, she threw up on it. We cleaned it very good but it grossed me out sitting on it. We sit on it while our cats our eating their meals. (they eat in the laundry room) I knew I had to get a new one and I knew I didn't want a fabric covered one again! So I found this vinyl/ leather-like one! If she throws up on it again, I should be able to just wipe it clean. That's what sold me on this one PLUS the price was great! Took it out of the box today and you just screw in the 4 legs. Viola! It's all done.

This little bench is exactly what I needed for inside a back door to throw shoes into and sit on to put shoes on. I Love the color (Teal), ease of assembly (just have to screw in the the feet) and the size--bigger than a square ottoman but small enough to not fill up the whole space. Bench stays open well when opened. Mine didn't have the nasty smell others have reported so maybe they fixed this. It's hard if you sit on it (not cushiony) but that's no matter for me. I put a basket inside for shoes to preserve the very cheap lining inside. I would definitely recommend.
