I've tried several options to help with severe foot drop and nothing came close to this, I almost walk like I used to. I'm now able to step up to a more advanced physical therapy program. My Physical Therapist and everyone in his office are memorized by the difference they've made for me. I'm so so so so grateful!!!!!! My family and I shed tears of joy for the first time in five months. Thank you Core Products!!!!

This works with tennis shoes really well to keep your foot straight, however, I think most people will need help in putting it on, not easy to clip on the front shoelace holes, and the Velcro around the ankle has to be just right, so it’s good if you have someone to help you otherwise it will not work Unless you can use both of your hands really well

I Have a drop foot from an accident. I am using these with a pair of penny loafers. I love it because it has a substantial ankle wrap and when I wear it I hardly know I'm wearing it. It keeps my foot up but still allows me to press on the gas pedal when driving. Definitely something to recommend.

My son’s doctor at Mayo Clinic recommended this brace and it was amazing. My son actually wore it where he never wore the big brace another doctor gave him.

Either 1) folded my shoe up or 2) couldn’t hold onto my calf and the sleeve would slide down my leg. Needs to go back to Ramp;D for more refinements. Sorry guys. I had high hopes for this product.

This product was recommended by my physical therapist. When it arrived I was skeptical. But once I put it on I was shocked as to how much better I could walk as it aided my foot drop. Fantastic product. It’s very inexpensive and the help with my walking has been great. Very comfortable to wear too.

The brace back started to fold down which did not give his foot enough support

I suffer from “drop foot”. And have to warn those in a similar situation that this item was not the answer for me. It was uncomfortable and difficult to attach to the shoe. And when I did attach it, it wasn’t a good fit.

Husband has a shortened right leg and foot drop after major back surgery. He wanted an alternative to the full leg brace that makes his calf hot and this works! The only thing is, it does take a more conscientious effort/ slower pace when walking so he doesn’t trip up because he also has Parkinson’s disease.

The product, I never imagined, I would need. I developed foot drop, which thankfully, will heal over time, but this brace makes a difference. It’s not as bulky as a carbon fiber brace, ( only avail if dr orders, as far as I know) inserts into shoe, amp; wraps below knee amp; affordable. Will be so helpful for travel amp; long walks. I have thin ankles, so I ordered a xs-sm. It’s perfect. Comes with clips, so don’t order extra , as I did, unless wearing long term. Wouldn’t mind seeing this in a nude color.

The fit was a tad lose because I ordered medium large and should have ordered medium small, I loved the way it felt and the way it raised my foot. Very easy to put on and to fit on your leg.

Wife states that this does exactly what it's supposed to do; have to make sure your laces are tight on your shoe that it's attached to, so to keep it's effectiveness in raising your toes. working well so far!

The rear part of the brace is not strong enough to resist the tension of the rubber band, as a result it folds on itself. Despite that, I have found it to be much better than a rigid plastic brace. It lifts my foot enough to walk properly. The manufacturer should review the design....
