Regular-short size fits as described. Scrubs material is stretchy and seems durable. The metal grommet at bottom of right thigh pocket popped off after the first washing, leaving a small unhemmed hole. This seems to be a manufacturing glitch, and will need to be patched to prevent fraying.

These are excellent scrub pants. The only reason that I had to pick them up is that my job had changed my dress code and required me to wear scrub pants and I wanted something that looked good and felt good. These were amazing. These fit as expected and the only reason that I gave it four stars instead of five is that the length is just the slightest bit long. So I can not wear certain shoes or the pants will drag on the floor. But when I wear the right shoes everything is perfect, from the fit to the length. If you are looking for some good quality and good looking scrub pants you can’t go wrong with these.

Most comfortable scrubs I have had. Material blend is cool and doesn't get too hot. Pockets are plentiful and best of all is the button front and zipper fly. Love these scrub pants

These pants fit great like regular straight fit trousers not clownish in appearance like scrub pants usually are. Have many secure pockets if you like to carry lots of things with you. I prefer the clean look of the buttoned closure vs drawstring as found in many other similar styles. Wish they came in a dark brown.

The best scrubs I’ve ever worn. All the pockets I need, belt loops and a slight stretch are among my favourite features. I have a lighter athletic build and usually wear 30x32, the small fit me perfectly.

I keep trying to find the perfect pair of men's scrubs and have come to the realization that such a thing is too individualized to actually exist. To that end however I've tried just about every option out there, and at the end of the day, this comes closest. They are comfortable, fit will, have pockets exactly where and how I like them, and the cloth is comfortable and light enough to wear for a full shift on the floor. Can't recommend them enough.

I typically don't like pants that have a half elastic waistband, but I LOVE the way these pants fit. These are my new favorite pants. SUPER comfortable, easy to care for, wrinkle resistant and more than enough pockets for functionality.

I'm a lady and I purchased these pants because I prefer a button and zipper instead of drawstring or elastic. I put all sorts of things in the pockets and with other pants, they just droop down. Not with these. I can load them up and they stay up! The waist is a little high which will ruin the silhouette if your hips are big (pockets will bulge a little), but it won't be noticeable as your top will cover them. The thighs are generous without being a parachute. You can bend over, squat down, whatever, and maintain your modesty (no plumber's crack, muffin tops, etc.). Overall, they are well made and flattering. I will be purchasing more in all sorts of colors and I will wear them not just for work. I think they will be good hiking pants as well. Maybe not so durable, but comfy and moisture wicking.The length was just right. Not sure of the inseam, but it's got to be at least 31" for the Small.
