Champro has the absolute best fit for girls. Both my girls 14 and 8 love these. Dry fast and hold up great to long softball seasons. Highly recommend!!

My daughter is size 12/14 girls, I purchased a large and they fit her like a nice glove. Has held up all season with lots of sliding and moving, no snags or tears as of yet. Cleans easily.

My daughter is 5'4 and weighs 108. I ordered a girls medium based on reviews. These were so small. She could get them on but they are skin tight. I will look for a girls large or Girls XL. The women's XS are too big in the waist. The pants are the correct length for knicker style softball pants.
