I use this ball for tennis training and it works very well. I use it for myself and when I'm training students for the forehand and serves. Great tool and should last me a very long time.

Nothing fancy here but definitely a good tool to have in your home gym arsenal. I use this for added difficult to core exercises such as Russian twists, scissor kicks, etc. Simple and also easy to transport.

Ball exploded while my son was using it after less than two months of use. While using it he really liked it.

When I first saw this request, I thought it was a large exercise ball, the kind you sit on. after I sent the note that it had not been received, I remembered that I had ordered a small exercise ball in that same color, which is just right and I am enjoying it very much.

It’s smaller than my son uses in his gym class but big enough. It’s made well. The 6lb has good heft to it.

Left it on our cabinet located inside the house, in normal temperature. Within three days, it stuck to the cabinet and left a sticky film. Unfortunate it’s no longer able to be used, and our cabinet has been ruined also.

This was a little bigger than I thought it would be. Seems like it is heavier on one side than the other. Not even sure if it really is 2 pounds.

In colder weather it is harder to hold onto when doing certain exercises.

One of the Tai Chi sessions introduced us to a weighted ball in our practice. I checked out what our instructor used but the price was rather high. This was the same size and weight, so I gave it a try. It has a rubber surface which does not move as easily as those at practice. I used some body oil which may sound strange but it helped make this work nearly perfectly. I did a 20 minute session the other day which helped my technique when I practiced with the instructor. I'm quite satisfied and it didn't break the bank!

I ordered this for my grandson who is a big sensory seeker. He is able to move it around and do “heavy work” which is really helpful for him.
