I have a 36 underbust and 41 bust, so I ordered a Large. The fit is fine -- plenty of compression and the band is firm without being restricting. I can get it on without having to step into it.The one drawback for me is that the support is less than I would expect from a medium support sports bra. The entire thing is very stretchy, so it's bounce city once I start jumping around. This may be less of a problem if your bust and underbust measurements are closer than mine are.Luckily, I am mainly planning on using this for powerwalking, rollerblading, weights, biking, and beat saber -- none of which are high impact. It's comfy and keeps things relatively contained.

I bought this for cycling. I was looking for wicking and a bit of support, but in a style that would have an extra smooth finish underneath my more fitted cycling jerseys. So, I was looking for no extra straps, clasps, or extraneous prints or design features, and a fit that wouldn't cause the “lat fat” effect. These are perfect, exactly what I was looking for. I'm a 32b/34a with a small chest and fairly developed last/shoulders. I bought a size small and it's a perfect fit so I'd say pretty true to size. Probably not quite enough support to run in, even though I'm pretty small, but great for lower impact sports.

This sports bra is a really great lounge piece or for the days you don't need to be wearing underwire. Unfortunately not at all for working out. Running is out of the question, jumping is out of the question, and martial arts definitely out of the question. I bought this with the intention of working out with it and it just disappointed.Great for everyday use as long as you're not working out.

This immediately became one of my favorite bras. The material is so satisfyingly soft and comfortable and for someone like myself with a smaller chest size this compresses very nicely. Fit my usual sizing perfectly and is great for exercise or just day to day wear. I would absolutely order more just to have more than one!!

This sports bra of perfect for the type of workouts I do. I don't run, so I don't know how it would be for runners, but for the exercises I do and the yard work I do, this holds me firmly enough and it is comfortable.

It's comfortable and doesn't ride up. Definitely not flattering, it's a sports bra so everything is snug wear you want it while working out.

But I could see someone with larger cup size being smashed in. Not thick enough to fully hide nipples if bra only no hint of nipple is your jam.

Recommend wearing two if heavy chested and wearing to work out. Very comfortable and good fit. Very pleased. Wear in place of bra regularly.

I needed a bra for when I took my morning runs. This works great. I go up and down hills and have noticed this bra provides more comfort than other sports bras I have tried. I don't feeling myself uncomfortable and my chest area feels supported. For reference, I am a C Cup.

I love this workout top but the fit is a bit tight for me. The color is beautiful. I am a 36D so that is probably why it fit a bit tight.
