The fabric is silky with colors that complement. As others have noted, the scarf is too long amp; wide for anyone who's not Big and Tall. I had this cut in two lengths with tapered ends, tailoring it for unisex accessories. Excess fabric can be used for pocket swatch or to line or fashion clutches, hats, etc. The pattern is versatile amp; fabric holds up to handle washing without fading or creases that are hard to remove. This was cost-effective since I didn't need to pay a tailor, but to reclaim so many pieces from a swath of material, it's worth considering who amp; how it will be used.

I bought this to wear to an event. It's really pretty. A satin type fabric, with a slight shean. I received many compliments, it's a great buy.

Item looks just like the picture. I purchased the blue/teal paisley for my boyfriend to elevate a plain yellow kurta for a Pakistani wedding event. He's excited to wear it. He commented on how nice the fabric was as well as the packaging, so this would be good for a gift. The colors are very rich. Note that the underside of the fabric is inverse colors, not the same as the front, but same quality fabric.
