I still can't believe how well it works. Better than massagers. Better than massaging by hand. In five minutes, I could turn my neck without pain. Even my sinuses feel better.

I was having some neck and shoulder pain, and my physical therapist told me to buy one of these. I had never heard of them before. I have to admit, they are not comfortable to lay on, but, after laying on it for 10 minutes, my neck pain was gone. Now whenever I start to get a stiff neck, I dig out the whale tail and lay on it for about 10 minutes. So far it always does the trick.
