Really sturdy in just going to plastic dip the ends so when I go to a gym that don't have it they won't think I'm putting thier equipment in my bag.

Reasonable price for decent quality. I wouldn't call this commercial quality, but also don't envision any problems under normal use. Should be plenty sufficient for single arm use.

seem like they should last for a lifetime. I much prefer using cable to dumbbells so these are great for me.

Seems to work pretty well for my uses---axe chops, unilateral triceps presses and delt raises, etc. Took off one star because it doesn't completely resemble the photos (see attached): the metal cap that holds the rope is not smooth but cinched. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will make it more durable, but have to say that I prefer the look of the smooth cap in the (incorrect) product photo.

Husband and I go to the gym often. Our gym does not have a single pull so we invested in our own. We have had fir several months. Pull is sturdy and made well. Good grip and handle is attached well. 2 thumbs up
