Works most of the time without issue, but sometimes gets stuck and mechanism needs to be advanced a little by hand to unstick it. Batteries not included.

I live in a RV park and we play a card game called Hand Knee and Foot. Sounds a little crazy but that's what it is called . It takes 7 decks of cards. This product saves alot of time between hands. I love it

Love the card shuffler but plastic card holder was cracked when we opened the package.The shuffler is also very loud.

We have fellow residents, including myself, who have problems shuffling cards for the various games we play here. We have a couplemog games that reqiuire a deck of cards for each person playing. Rather than just buying a shuffler that does one or two decks, we bought this shuffler that does up to ten decks. We tested it a few times and have had not problems with this shuffler. We do suggest using the same standard size deck rather than a mixture of card deck sizes.

The shuffler works fine but the clear plastic card guide had 2 cracks in it straight out of the box. It doesn't interfere with operation so I'm keeping it

We play Wingspan, which has a lot of cards, especially when the expansion packs are added. This makes shuffling go quickly and easily. I recommend this product.

We play triple play and use at least 6-7 decks of cards at a time. This shuffler works as well as any nonprofessional shuffler I've ever seen.

Shuffler works great it's just that one side may go faster than other side resulting in an uneven shuffle

My husband and I play hand and foot every evening. That game takes multiple decks of cards, so it is would be quite a challenge to shuffle all those cards by hand.This shuttles is the best shuffler we have ever had and we have had more than a few!

You gotta get the hang of it. Not like super quality like Vegas but I think is great for card games and elderly who have arthritis.

I have bought this product a couple times. The first one only shuffled one side and never grabbed the other side unless I put pressure on the cards. I returned it with no problem and got another one. This one has been working great so far but it's only been a couple months so time will tell. Granted we do play hand and foot and all sorts of card games as a family about 3 x week so it does take a beating of some sort. This one is holding up. I also bought another brand and it didn't grab one side either and looked the same exact as this one and was built the same way so I think they all are the same essentially. I wish the rubber gears that grab the cards were a bit more rubbery or of a softer rubber instead of a harder type rubber. It just seems to have a more difficult time to grab. But for what's out there this one is working well and doing the job.
