I gave this item as a gift. Cloth game mat came sealed in plastic bag. Gift recipient told me that upon opening the bag, the cloth mat gave off a disgusting musty odor. They are going to wash the mat to hopefully remove the smell.<br />If you order this item, give it a thorough 'sniff' test before gifting it to someone. :-(

I had to toss the burlap because it smelled so heavily of chemicals that it made me nauseated. Absolutely terrifble
