Mission: Bridge To Hope provides comprehensive wrap-around supports designed to bridge the gap to self-sufficiency, improve health, well-being, and economic opportunity for income challenged and in-crisis families in a manner that preserves dignity, and inspires hope. Programs are designed to improve health outcomes and economic upward mobility; to raise the quality of life, standard of living & restore dignity & hope to those in need. Results: In 2020 Bridge to Hope stepped up efforts in response to Covid-19 pandemic. We impacted over 140,000 people in 2020 by providing $2.6 million in food and nutritional support. Additionally we provided over $750,000 in PPE, school supplies, and other tangible products. Since it's inception Bridge to Hope have provided over $10 million in support to half a million people.
