Efficient pump. Appears pretty durable as well. I expect it to hold up over the years. I like that it can be disassembled for a thorough cleaning after pumping salt water.

It's a pump and it works! I have a AE 1007 tandem inflatable. The sides are very thick and with average handle pressure it will shoot a stream of water fat enough to clear the side. Holding up well. Going on it's forth trip in about a week. Saves lots of time over bailing with a cup!

This works great! My 34;pail test34; emptied fast and in real action in the kayak it cleared the water fast and nearly completely. I really like the feature of being able to clean it for longer life and when replacement cannot be immediate.

The bilge pump arrived on time in good shape. It is a simple device but worked like a champ the first time I had to use it. A couple days after receiving the pump my wife rolled her kayak and it quickly filled with water. The bilge pump emptied the water in a few minutes. It isn't the fastest device on earth but does work for its intended use. Glad I bought it. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that it doesn't have a tube to attach to the outlet. Therefore on the down stroke water spits out of the short outlet nozzle and most of that ends up back in the kayak. Most of the water is being expelled on the up stroke so it isn't a major defect, just aggravating to have the water going the wrong way.
