The zip ties for the base snapped while the stairs while they were in the pool. And the railings did not fit the holes. We had to modify the railing posts for the railings to fit

Works well, would have given it 5 stars but the sand that is put in the legs washes out pretty bad. What a mess in the bottom of the pool.

Makes getting in and out of the pool, a breeze and many people come here to swim that are large or older and it really helps people getting it out of the pool without any embarrassment. Kids are in n out all day long..of course with no issues. We were warned about no so secure hand rails.this is true but not an issue.

Work well in my 52 inch pool. A little hard to get sand into legs but otherwise good.

Nice pool steps. Easy to assemble amp; attach to wood deck. Used a sand bag on each side to hold it down amp; it stayed in place perfectly, not a speck of sand leaked out. Wide steps amp; incline made getting in amp; out much much easier than a regular pool ladder. Easy enough to remove at the end of season. I was hesitant about purchasing online but am glad I did. Steps look nice with the pool. Very pleased with the purchase amp; I would definitely recommend amp; would also buy again if needed.

Installing these pool steps allowed my 80 years old parents to start using there pool again, the only thing is these are fairly heavy to pull up and out of the water in the fall.

These stairs were easy to put together and directions were clear. The bottom support is put on with just zip ties which broke after a week. We put stronger zip ties on them and that helped as it lasted for about 3 weeks. Now I have the biggest ones I could find and they seem to be holding. We've also had trouble keeping the bottom riser in place.

The steps are perfect for what we wanted. Just light weight and we tied 2 gallon jugs at the bottom. You could also buy the step weights and so on. Totally up to you

The stairs came on time and perfectly described! There were a couple items in the box that I thought I forgot to put on, but this particular one comes with parts for a couple different applications, so don't panic if you have left over parts, too, lol! Directions were easy to follow and once I got it together I just placed it in the pool so it could fill with water. (I didn't use sand). For us, a 4X4 (I think 24" long) piece of wood was perfect to put under the support arms (that face away from the pool at the bottom of the ladder hand-rails when you are entering the pool, the support arms that you secure to the deck of your pool) because we have weird rails on our above ground pool, so we could only lower them so far. The 4X4 fit perfectly. I secured the wood to the deck, and secured the support arms to the 4X4. Works perfectly for a family of four and has stayed in place and doesn't wobble. Highly recommend.

Ladder was a great investment for our pool. I've read reviews about folks having problems with ladder floating up. We didn't have that problem at all. Instructions did tell you to fill side with sand. Yes we did need to tilt ladder backward and forward to get sand to fill up. Then continue filling with sand. No need for purchasing special bags to hang on sides. We used an oil funnel to help us add the sand. Rinse ladder off before adding ladder to pool or vacuum sand spillage.

Wasn't to hard to assemble, the instructions were a bit veage. It seems a little flimsy but so far is working quite well. Price was reasonable.

So I received the ladder while I'm started putting this together I notice the material is not strong like the description say..I was missing parts ,when I had 90 done it didn't look very strong so I just decided to send it back for the price I thought it would be stronger...

The handles wobble and these were way to steep and to deep of a step for my 80 year old Mother. We're stuck with them now

This ladder is very flimsy ,not hard to put together but hard to stop from floating. I would not buy this again or reccomend it.
