These Blue Diamond Almond nut thins with cheddar cheese are delicious! Honestly. Just a hint of cheddar is all you need. We buy the regular blue diamond almond nut thins a lot, but wanted to try this flavor. We are sold. Up next, the ranch flavor, and then pecan. Can’t wait. Plus, the expiration date is way out there in 2026. These will be gone in two days. Small bag, however. Only 4.25 oz. Delicious, and highly recommend!

I like rice crackers and these also have almond. The cheddar flavor is not too strong, but definitely good. The cracker texture is crisp but not too hard. Eat they regularly.

These are rice crackers with a bit of almond, don’t be fooled into thinking they’re primarily almond meal crackers. Because of that, they’re good macro-wise. I find them to be fairly light and thin, more of a “chip” consistency for dipping in a dip or spread than something to eat with cheese or whatever. These are something you’d eat a handful of with a sandwich, perhaps.
