I have been using this, along with the IP6 Supreme with Inositol, and I have found it super effective. I was pregnant and having a lot of restless leg problems. I tried lots of different magnesium sources but none really dealt with the issue. This combination sorted out that symptom and I feel like my body is functioning great and in way more balance!

After beginning this product I felt my energy level increase dramatically. It has maintained that climb. For whatever reason, it makes me nauseous so I take it at night right before bed. No issues doing that.
