After coming from the chopped dates with date flour, these are rather a step down. Though perhaps good for some uses, such as where you need them to break down faster, they include the caps of the date which don't break down at all. If you want something to just throw into a pot to sweeten it, then these are are not the best, though you can't beat that price.

Can't imagine a bowl of oatmeal without a few chopped dates and some sunflower seeds -- this is daily cuisine for me, and I never grow weary of it. Naturally sweet and delicious!
