Product Description
Creamy light yellow, semi free flow powder material. Aroma and flavor characteristic of parmesan cheese; slightly acidic and tart.
Countries of Origin: Garlic - China, Pepper - Indonesia, Red Bell Pepper - China.
All other ingredients are products of the United States.
Melt 1/2 stick butter (4 tablespoons) with 1 cup milk in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) Alfredo Sauce mix. Bring to a light boil while stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 2-1/2 cup servings.
Non-GMO modified food starch, buttermilk powder, organic white cheddar cheese powder (organic pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, microbial enzymes, organic tapioca maltodextrin, lactic acid, citric acid, natural mixed tocopherols (vitamin E)), natural parmesan cheese flavor (Non-GMO maltodextrin, whey solids, natural parmesan cheese flavor), natural butter flavor (whey solids, microbial enzyme modified butter, Non-GMO maltodextrin, dehydrated butter, guar gum, annatto and turmeric (for color)), natural buttermilk flavor (sweet cream buttermilk powder, natural butter flavor, Non-GMO maltodextrin, whole milk powder, cultured buttermilk, citric acid), salt, garlic, red bell pepper, torula yeast, parsley, spices, lactic acid, silicon dioxide (less than 2% as an anti-caking agent).

This mix is wonderful to have on hand! Makes for an easy yummy dinner mixed with brother. I have also used some as a thickener for stews. A must have in the pantry!
