One package can feed 4 hungry people. Half a package cooks in 2 minutes if you like your noodles al dente. Once cooked, drain and mix in the pan with Szechuan string beans and have yourselves a real treat just after mixing it all together a low heat.

Thinking about gluten-free? These rice noodles fit the bill. All you need to do is soak them for a few minutes in modestly hot water and enjoy them with anything from tomato sauce to olive oil. A good product.

I bought these to use in home made noodle soups. And they work GREAT! No complaints, well they can be a little slippery to eat. I just boil them in the soup stock for 8 to 9 minutes with all the other ingredients, and I have very good soup.
